Hall sensor precision Reliable shifts without a contact switch wearing out underneath you. The SGP uses a non-contact Hall sensor for stable shift detection. Because the sensor does not rely on a traditional physical contact point for the signal, it helps keep the shift input consistent over long use and reduces wear in the part of the system that matters most: the actual gear command.
