The Mad Rock Ultra Tech Twist is a compact, light-weight, full-strength locking carabiner that offers exceptional value for money. Manufactured from hot forged aluminium, the I-beam design allows weight to be minimised while achieving the same rated strength as full-size carabiners. The twist-lock mechanism means the carabiner is easy to open when needed, but remains securely closed when in use. It can be operated with one hand, even while wearing gloves, by twisting the gate clockwise and pushing it open. Once released it snaps firmly shut.
